Fragrance Rich orders are delivered Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm. Every order is unique; we provide a fixed delivery cost.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. Once your order is confirmed, it will normally be dispatched within 24 hours, but no more than a few business days after it has been reviewed and accepted.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery normally takes 1-7 business days including Saturdays after your item(s) have been dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and if you have provided us with a mobile number during checkout, you will receive a text message once your item(s) have been dispatched. You can also check the status of your order by heading to ‘Orders’ in your account, or if you opted for guest checkout, you can track your order using the tracking number provided within the dispatch email.

Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that item(s) are received as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when any remaining items are sent out for delivery.

Please note that item(s) will not be dispatched or delivered during Bank holidays. If you have not received your item within 15 days UK and 22 days Europe of dispatch and you believe it may have been lost, please contact us and we will investigate.

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Deliveries requested to non-residential addresses, or houses with multiple occupants are made at the customer’s own risk and Fragrance Rich will not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred once the item has been delivered.
