It is without doubt that one's preference for holidays will depend upon the reason they decide to go on holiday, whether it be; sight-seeing, shopping, or adventure. Nonetheless, within the UK, there are places that would cover all of these and then some, and that all-rounder is exactly what we're looking for to top our list, whilst we simultaneously look at the best spots for relaxation.
5) Shopper's Delight - Cambridge:
Many people plan their whole holiday around the kind of shopping they can do at the destination (just think about the reason many people go to New York), and this year, it seems that Cambridge has been ranked as the UK's most vibrant retail centre. The Cairngorms national park has been voted one of the top 20 places to visit in the entire world due to its astounding beauty and range of activities. Well placed in the Eastern Highlands of Scotland, this place is the true winter wonderland of the UK (what's Hyde Park again); snow kissed mountains, reindeer, sle
